Here is another TV show workout. I didn't find one that I liked for Glee online so I made another. Be sure to check out my NCIS:LA workout as well.

Song you DON'T know                                                        30 second plank
Principle Higgins' Office                                                      50 leg kicks
                                                                                             (lay on back and lift feet and kick)
NY Dance studio                                                                 50 punches
segment without exercise                                                     1 minute plank during commercial
Kurt obsessing over Blaine                                                  30 second high knees
Sue's sabotage  of Glee Club                                               Run in place until end of scene
