So after spin class Maggie and I decided to go get breakfast, aka Cracker Barrel. We don't have food in the house and we want to start a pretty strict diet next week to kick start our bikini/beach ready diet. So during our "last meal" together so we carbed up and decided to play the cell phone. We put our phones in the center of the table and couldn't touch them until we got up to pay our bill.
Immediately we laughed and said we probably wouldn't even need to pick them up to look at anything. No love for us! Haha As soon as we started laughing my phone lit up. Oh well. But it was great to not have that distraction and we could laugh and actually enjoy each others company.
I'm really interested to see how it would play out with a larger group? Have any of you tried this? One way I've seen this played was: the first person to pick up their phone paid the bill, the entire bill.
That may make things even more interesting!
