To Die for Breakfast Pizza

So I'm starting out this post with a disclaimer that it is in no way healthy and will not be the typical post for this year but oh.my.gosh. it is good!

New Year's Eve is always a carb load in my house. Good and bad, but always very tasty. Lots of chips and dips for easy finger food, along with chocolates left over from Christmas and other popable goodies!

Lisa wanted to bring Cheese and Sausage balls and I NEVER EVER turn down cheese and sausage balls. Recipe down below. Well we had a ton of leftover dough and Mason had the bright idea to use it as a crust the following morning for a good ole fashioned hangover cure.

Cheese and Sausage Balls:
1lb hot sausage
1lb sausage with sage
6 cups of bisquick
4 cups of sharp cheddar cheese

Mix until incorporated and roll into half golf ball size balls and bake 25-30 minutes. Ours took more along the 30 minute mark.

The next morning Mason took out the rest of the dough and pressed it into a pizza stone. This takes a little muscle to get it flat. It won't roll out like other doughs. I suggest start out with small pieces, getting them flat and filling in around it. Bake this until golden brown and edges are starting to crisp, about 30-45 minutes.

While the crust is in the oven either pan fry or bake your bacon! Once cool, crumble into small pieces.

When the crust is almost done scramble up 4 eggs (depending on the size of your pizza.) Make sure they are broken into smaller pieces too!

Once the crust is out, add pizza sauce to your desired taste, I like mine saucy :) then top with eggs, bacon, and finally cheddar cheese.

Bake again at 350 just until the cheese is melted.

Cut into slices and enjoy! Our pizza made 8 servings and I would recommend eating same day or day after, but no longer.

Breakfast Pizza:
Cheese and Sausage Ball Dough
Bacon
4 eggs
Cheddar cheese
Pizza sauce

Pre heat to 350. Bake crust 30-45 minutes. Bake or fry bacon. Scramble eggs. Assemble pizza sauce, eggs and bacon. Top with cheese. Bake until Cheese is melted. Enjoy.

Pretty easy and so yummy. This would be a crowd pleaser for any breakfast occasion you have coming up!
