Fudge Frosting

Ok, I'm a little behind. And by a little, I mean just a day. But I did post twice two days ago. :) Does that count?

I'm keeping this one short too, I'm right in the middle of decorating a cake, but I'm waiting for more icing to set. So I'll leave you with the recipe I"m using for fudge frosting!

1 stick butter
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 c confectioners sugar

Melt butter and bring mixture to a boil. Pour over 9 oz of chocolate chips. Stir to combine and refrigerate until solid, about one hour.

Easy as that!
