So I found this tip about keeping cakes fresh then shared it at work and one of my coworker said she had tried it and it worked! So I'm sharing it with you too.
I know a lot of you have loved ones over seas just like I do. And this time of year I want to send them cookies to share with everyone. So here's the tip: When you box up your cookies, lay a piece of bread over parchment paper on top of the cookies and the cookies will stay soft! The bread will end up hard as a rock, but your cookies will be soft!
