Little Triumphs

One of the items on the list is run 5 days a week for 4 weeks. I learned this week that it isn't going to be as easy as I thought it was going to be. Even though I hurt every time I move from the knees down I'm really proud of myself and this is a start. I feel really good and I WANT to run. Yesterday I took a day off because my legs hurt so bad and I felt gross because I didn't get a run or workout in. I think this is a very good thing for me! Excited to get back in the gym Monday too!

This week I ran 4.74 miles. Next week my goal is to run four days and 5 miles. I'll post my routes on here from Nike+ when I run outside, but until it cools a little bit I doubt I'll be outside much.
